My Philosophy

Hi, I’m Lindsay Young. I’m an RHN (registered holistic nutritionist). This wesbite is devoted to my services as a nutritionist, and my love for nutrient dense, functional food. I'm convinced that good nutrition is a huge part of medicine and one of the most important factors of good health. Eating "young" is about engaging with food in a more direct and purposeful way. It's a philosophy that plays on the concept of youth as being a desirable stage of life. Really, youth is a metaphor for feeling healthy and full of life. Something I believe is attainable for everyone, within reason. If you've ever noticed, someone who claims they feel younger is actually telling you that they feel healthier.
